What happens to your information.

SUPERMAXX is operated by 2TINYCREATIONS LLC. This notice covers our public Beta application and the earlier email waitlist. The application helps us understand your work and decide whether the current Beta is a fit.

What you share

We collect your name, email, role, business or project name, team size, creative interests and the goals you describe. A website or public profile is optional. We also record when you apply and your agreement to be contacted. Our team can add private review notes and an application status.

Please do not include confidential client, patient, financial or other sensitive information. Applying does not require a password, payment details, voice recordings or photographs.

How we use it

We use your information to review your application, plan suitable Beta onboarding and contact you about the next step. An application does not create a Studio account, guarantee admission or subscribe you to a marketing newsletter. A review status does not automatically send an invitation.

Where it is stored

Applications are stored in SUPERMAXX’s private Supabase database. The application is hosted on Vercel and the public homepage on Cloudflare. These infrastructure providers process requests needed to operate the service. Normal service logs may contain technical request information. Application records are included in our encrypted operational backups.

Applicants and other Studio customers cannot browse this database. Access to the review queue is restricted to authorized SUPERMAXX operators. Unsubmitted form answers stay in the current browser tab; we do not save those answers in browser local storage.

The earlier waitlist

Email addresses collected by the earlier waitlist remain on Cloudflare infrastructure for the access-update purpose described when they were submitted. They are separate from the new application queue.

Your choices

We do not sell or rent your application information. To ask about your application, correct your details, withdraw it or request deletion, contact hello@supermaxx.ai. We will review your request and explain any records we need to retain for operational or legal reasons. Deletion from active records may not immediately remove copies from rotating backups.

After an invitation

Studio use introduces additional information, such as brand references, media and generation history. This application notice does not replace the Studio disclosures supplied as part of customer admission.
